St. Kitts & Nevis are two islands in the West Indies, constituted one country known as Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis. The west side of the island borders the Caribbean Sea, and the eastern coast faces the Atlantic Ocean. St. Kitts & Nevis got Independency from United Kingdom on 19 September 1983. Populations are 51200 approximately. Languages are English & France. Area is 261 Km (Square).

INVESTMENT OPTION

1.  Real Estate Investment

  • Purchase of one property for at least US $ 200,000.00 (Resalable after 7 years) or US $ 400,000.00    (Resalable after 5 Years).
  • The minimum investment period is 5 years. the project will qualify future buyers for citizenship.

FEES:

Govt. fees are applicable for real estate option only:

• Main Applicant: US$ 35,000;

• Spouse: US$ 20,000;

• For each dependent children, regardless of age: US$ 10,000;

• Dependent parent aged 55 and above: US$ 50,000;

Due Diligence and Processing Fees:

Upon submission of an application, non-refundable due diligence and processing fees must be also paid. These fees amount to US$7,500 for the main applicant, and US$4,000 for each dependent of the main application who is over the age of 16 years.

 

2) Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) Contribution

One time payment to Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) is as follows:

• Single applicant: a non-refundable contribution of US$150,000 is required.

• Main applicant with up to three dependents (a spouse and two children): a non-refundable contribution of US$195,000 is required.

• Additional dependents, regardless of Age: US$10,000

Due Diligence and Processing Fees:

Upon submission of an application, non-refundable due diligence and processing fees must be also paid. These fees amount to US$7,500 for the main applicant, and US$4,000 for each dependent of the main application who is over the age of 16 years.
