A person, who has at least 3 years equivalent days stay in Canada out of 5 years at the time of application, can apply for Citizenship. Citizenship requirements for physical presence, language and knowledge

How well you know Canada

Procedure:
 

Step 1: Contact ILCB to initiate the Citizenship Program;

Step 2: Submit all required documentation;

Step 3: ILCB submits the application to the concerned authority;

Step 4: After the assessment authorized officers’, they issues their decision.

Fee Structure:

Govt. Processing fees:  CDN$ 630 for adult & CDN$ 100 for minor;

ILCB professional fees: CDN$ 3,000 (1st Inst. C$ 1,500 at the time of file submission & Final Inst. C$1,500 on receipt of final decision)
